The P.E.M.E Facility (Pre-Employment Medical Examination) for Overseas Workers and Seafarers is the first Department Of Health accredited facility in the region dedicated in providing fast, affordable and reliable pre- employment and annual physical examination to our valued LOCAL, SEA AND LAND-BASED overseas Filipino workers.
Equipped with the latest laboratory, dental and chest imaging equipment and staffed by board-certified medical practitioners, the P.E.M.E Facility guarantees to provide prompt delivery of results for your employment and health requirement needs to work abroad.
To set your appointment, please see below the rules and process flow of our P.E.M.E Facility.

1. Only Ten (10) Patients will be accommodated per hour. / (APE/PEME/OWWA)

2. Patients shall arrive on their chosen schedule. Failure to do so, the patient shall be re-scheduled the next working day.

3. Patients are required to bring the following documents: – One (1) government issued I.D. (preferably your passport if Overseas worker)
Below are the valid Government issued I.D.\’s available.

– Passport (Required for OFW applicants)
– Driver\’s License
– UMID
– PhilHealth ID
– TIN ID
– Postal ID
– Voter\’s ID
– PRC ID
– Senior Citizen ID
– National ID
– PSA Birth Certificate
– Police Clearance

4. – Three (3) pcs of colored, white background with collar passport size
Letter of Authorization from your Agency or Employer (If applicable)
5. 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Not Available for scheduling)

6. 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Not available for scheduling)

7. If patient is required to undergo HIV test, please select the 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM and onwards schedules.  Before the test, a counseling shall be conducted One (1) hour before the preferred schedule.

Reminders for our beloved patients!

1. Patients are advised to bring their own BLUE BALL POINT pen.
2. For Overseas workers, seafarers and etc., your PASSPORT shall be required as your VALID I.D.
3. Patients are advised to use causal/loose clothing instead of too tight or too difficult to remove clothes. (i.e. rompers, dresses, sweaters, jackets, and etc.  AccessHealth shall apply the \”NO SANDO/SHORTS/SLIPPERS\” Policy.
4. For patients with laboratory FBS and/or Lipid Profile laboratory test, patients are advised to undergo fasting of at least 8 to 10 hrs. (10-12 hrs if with Lipid Profile and FBS).

FBS: 8 hrs
FBS w/ Lipid Profile: 10 hrs
Lipid Profile: 10 – 12 hrs

5. Only Patients/Applicants are allowed inside the AccessHealth PEME Facility. Strictly no children allowed.
6. Patients are highly discouraged to wear necklaces, jewelries and etc.
7. Pregnant/Suspected pregnant patients are strongly discouraged to undergo Chest X-Ray and/or Panoramic X-Ray. If the procedure is extremely necessary a recommendation from the attending physician shall be required.
8. During Drug Testing Specimen collection, patients are not allowed to bring any bottled water/container inside the Laboratory premises.
9. For Female patients subject for URINALYSIS test, it is advised that patient may be done at least Five (5) days before and Seven (7) days after her menstruation.
10. The R.A. (Republic Act) 10022, also known as the \”Migrant Workers and Overseas Filipinos Act of 1995\” has provisions that penalize the falsification of medical documents by overseas workers. Under Section 35 of the said law, it is considered an offense for any person, whether a migrant worker or not, to make false statements, submit falsified documents, or commit any fraudulent acts in connection with any application for an overseas employment certificate or any document related to overseas employment.

Furthermore, Section 36 specifically addresses the falsification of medical documents by providing that any person who knowingly presents or causes to be presented a false or fraudulent medical certificate or report in connection with any overseas employment application or contract shall be penalized with imprisonment and a fine.

The penalties for these offenses can range from imprisonment of six years and one day up to twelve years, depending on the gravity of the offense, and fines ranging from PHP 50,000 to PHP 500,000.

In addition to the penalties, the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) may also impose administrative sanctions, such as the cancellation or suspension of the overseas employment certificate or license of the recruitment agency or the deployment ban of the worker or the agency involved
