Last February 14, 2025, we successfully held a FREE, informative, and engaging Heart Wellness Seminar led by Dr. Kristine E. Nacional, a renowned cardiologist specializing in vascular medicine at our Heart Institute.

The seminar, held from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the 2nd Floor Training Room, Bicol AccessHealth Centrum, provided participants with valuable insights on heart disease prevention, healthy lifestyle habits, and the importance of early detection.

Together, we took a step toward better heart health—because every beat counts!
