Juanillo, MBA, Chief Operating Officer of Bicol AccessHealth Centrum, the joint personnel came together to award the deserving NCPO personnel. The Memorandum of Agreement signing and awarding ceremony signifies the start of a partnership toward promoting the public safety and wellness of our Naga City Police Office Personnel.
