The AccessHealth P.E.M.E. Facility serves as a convenient one-stop-shop medical center for individuals seeking pre-employment medical requirements for overseas work as well as for annual physical examinations. It is a state-of-the-art facility delivering comprehensive medical services to overseas workers and seafarers (both land and sea-based) and local residents.

Located on the third floor of the Pedro Olivan Medical Arts Building, Bicol AccessHealth Centrum, the 386 sqm-AccessHealth P.E.M.E. Facility is designed to provide fast and reliable healthcare services that meet the international requirements of the growing number of Filipino overseas workers in the healthcare, construction, seafaring, food, manufacturing, service, and other industries abroad.  As well, the facility is also open to retirees, returning OFWs, and their dependents who require medical attention and have health-related concerns.  It is also available to cater to the health needs and employments of local businesses, industries, universities, and government institutions. Furthermore, the facility is actively pursuing its ISO (International Organization for Standardization) accreditation to set a new standard of excellence in medical care for the entire province.

• AccessHealth P.E.M.E. Facility aims to be a convenient one-stop-shop for all their medical requirements. Overseas workers would no longer need to travel to distant accredited medical facilities in Central Luzon, as the facility will provide comprehensive services locally. This eliminates the need for extensive travel and lodging expenses, saving our patients both time and money.

The facility will operate from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, ensuring extended hours to accommodate various schedules. • Services Offered.  AccessHealth P.E.M.E. Facility serves as a comprehensive one-stop-shop for Filipino local workers, overseas workers, and seafarers, offering a wide range of services to meet their medical needs. The facility provides various services required by both local regulations and other countries’ standards, including drug testing, laboratory procedures, dental care, psychological and psychometric services, imaging procedures, and hearing assessments.

At AccessHealth P.E.M.E. Facility, individuals can access the following services: 

• 2-Panel Drug Testing: This includes screening for marijuana (THC) and methamphetamine (MET), along with a variety of laboratory procedures.
• Dental Check-Up and Panoramic X-Ray: The facility is equipped with two dental rooms to cater to dental needs.
• Chest X-Ray: This imaging procedure is available to assess the chest area.
• Psychological/Psychometric Services: The facility can accommodate up to six clients for psychiatric examinations, with one consultation room dedicated to psychological consultations and assessments.
• Electrocardiogram (ECG): This test is conducted to evaluate the electrical activity of the heart.
• Optical Services: The facility offers visual acuity assessments using Snellen’s Chart and other optical services.
• Audiometry Test: This procedure evaluates hearing abilities.
• Physical Examination: With four consultation rooms available, the facility provides comprehensive physical examinations to assess individuals’ overall health.
